Maya is a psychotherapist (LCSW), specializing in supporting those struggling to conceive. Her blog, Don’t Count Your Eggs follows her 4-year journey toward motherhood, which recently ended with the birth of her baby girl, conceived via embryo donation. She is working on a book on the same subject, as well as a documentary with her husband called One More Shot. Her writing about infertility has been featured on Fertility Planit, Fertility Authority and in the New York Times.
