Natasha Case built a brand with a cult following by combining her love for architecture and food. She founded Coolhaus with no business education and a Masters in Architecture. Since selling her first ice cream sandwich at Coachella Valley Music Festival in 2009, the business has grown from one ice cream truck to 10 trucks in L.A. NYC, and Dallas, two scoop shops in Los Angeles, and pre-packaged sandwiches, pints and bars available in 4,000 stores nationwide. She also co-authored a best-selling cookbook and has been named Forbes 30 Under 30, Zagat 30 Under 30 and Linkedin Under 35.
